Founded by dermatologist Dr. Kei Rebolledo, Kutis by Kei began from humble beginnings at his garage during the pandemic and has since grown into a trusted name in dermatologic and aesthetic care. What started as a small practice has evolved into a growing network of clinics, guided by the same purpose: to make advanced skin treatments more personal, science-driven, and accessible.
At Kutis by Kei, every treatment begins with understanding the patient. A board-certified dermatologist specializing in advanced injectables, lasers and energy-based devices, regenerative aesthetics, and body contouring, with a focus on precision-based, natural-looking outcomes. His key clinical interests include acne, acne scars, melasma, and complex aesthetic treatment planning.
Dr. Kei George Rebolledo is the dermatologist and founder behind Kutis by Kei, combining medical expertise, aesthetic innovation, and an approachable way of educating patients about skin health.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of De La Salle University, Dr. Kei later earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from De La Salle Health Sciences Institute and completed his dermatology residency at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He subsequently placed Top 3 in the Dermatology Diplomate Board Examination.
His journey as a clinic founder began during the pandemic. With conventional practice disrupted, he began seeing patients from his family's garage while using social media to make dermatology education easier to understand. What started as a small practice eventually became Kutis by Kei, now a growing network of dermatology and aesthetic clinics across Metro Manila.
Today, his practice focuses heavily on acne scar management, regenerative treatments, injectables, lasers and energy-based technologies, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation. His treatment philosophy favors individualized combination approaches and results that refine rather than drastically alter a patient's natural features.
Dr. Kei has also participated in lectures, professional workshops, and physician education involving acne scar treatment, polynucleotides, Rejuran, injectables, and advanced aesthetic technologies. He has undertaken extensive local and international training and holds a fellowship in Liposuction and Fat Transfer from the European College of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.
As an educator beyond the clinic, he has built a digital community of 500,000+ followers across social platforms, where he creates clinically grounded dermatology and aesthetic-medicine content.
